The "Pretty Woman" suite at the Beverly Wilshire

I had a fabulous stay at The Beverly Wilshire located in the heart of Beverly Hills. The iconic five star hotel is a Four Seasons property. The lobby boasted a grand chandelier with soaring ceilings and a gigantic floral arrangement with no less than fifty white orchids. The staff greeted you on every corner offering assistance with anything that you may need or want.

My suite had exquisite marble floors and a double balcony overlooking Beverly Hills. I had a huge heart shaped chocolate truffle waiting for me when I walked into my suite. It had a fondant tag that read  To: @thebevhillsbelle From: @butterloveandhardwork. Chris Ford is the famed pastry chef from The Blvd restaurant located in the hotel. His Instagram is @butterloveandhardwork. There  was a small wooden hammer beside the truffle. We broke into the truffle after dinner, only to find more chocolate truffles, hand wrapped caramels and macaroons.

The Beverly Wilshire's house car is a Rolls Royce which is parked in front of the hotel on Wilshire Boulevard. It is usually nestled between Ferraris and Lamborghinis on any given day. The license plate on the  Lamborghini parked in front of the hotel today read "Failure". Somebody has a good sense of humor.

The Beverly Wilshire is in the best location. I walked to the coffee shop every morning after I had the most amazing room service. The famous Rodeo Drive is right in front of the hotel. I walked past Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior and the Rimowa store which was releasing the Supreme collab during my visit.

I chilled at the pool in my private cabana sipping on lemon water when I returned from my coffee run and shopping. There were several cabana boys that waited on me hand and foot.

The Blvd restaurant was phenomenal. We dined under french empire crystal chandeliers with live music in the background. I had the grilled sea bream with farm to table vegetables in a brown butter glaze sauce. The 18 foot illuminated onyx bar was packed each night. The people watching was highly entertaining, from Beverly Hills locals to a melting pot of people from all over the world.

Pretty Woman Suite / Presidential Suite

You can have your very own Hollywood moment at the presidential suite at the Beverly Wilshire. Several scenes from the 1990 movie, Pretty Woman were shot at the hotel. The 4,000 square foot, two-bedroom suite is located on the eighth floor. The grand entrance opens up to a living room, library, and a formal dining room with a kitchenette. The master bedroom features a plush king size canopy bed and state-of-the-art media equipment.

The black and white bathroom is where Julia Roberts sang the famous Prince song "Kiss" in the bathtub while Richard Gere took calls at the Mahogany desk. "Don't you just love Prince" ? The balconies had views of Beverly Hills from three different vantage points. The Presidential suite is $20,000 a night.
